K35 is the most universal balcony eaves used for drainage and finishing of ceramic floors laid on a mineral adhesive mortar with a seal under the tile made of a sealing mortar. When used with the K35B side profile, it reduces the cost of finishing the eaves on a terrace or balcony. It has an innovative way of connecting with the waterproofing layer through the Clever tape. K35 also enables the installation of the R50 aluminum system gutter.
