Clever is a sealing tape for a balcony, terrace, which serves as a supplement to the flooring system made of adhesive mortars and terrace stands.
Clever is used to make a tight, mechanical connection of the eaves profile surface with an insulating mortar. In this way, we obtain full tightness in the eaves zone. The Clever balcony sealing tape is the only one on the market that distinguishes an innovative solution, which is a flexible, protruding edge, inserted into the slot in the profile, minimizing the possibility of a contractor making a mistake related to proper waterproofing. It is used with the eaves profiles K102, K35 and W35.
